Conditions of sale:

1-Arrival and departure times:

Rooms are guaranteed from 4 pm to 7 pm. On the day of departure, they must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest.

Arrivals after 7pm must be notified 24 hours in advance. Arrivals after 8pm are not guaranteed.



2-Payment :

For all reservations, 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking and the balance will be debited from your credit card the day before your arrival.

For gift vouchers, the full amount of the holiday must be paid when the order is placed.


3-Modification or cancellation :

For any modification or cancellation, a written request by email,
to [email protected] m, will be systematically requested. Your reservation
must be given in the subject line of the email. Cancellation or modification of a reservation will only become effective after confirmation by email that it has been taken into account by ATMO'SPHERE.

a. Cancellation before your stay or modification by yourself :

In the event of serious illness, serious accident or death of a registered occupant, the stay will be
refunded in full upon presentation of medical evidence or death certificate.

Cancellation of a reservation will only become effective after confirmation by e-mail of its acceptance by Géraldine Ramond

If cancellation insurance is taken out at the time of purchase, the customer will be reimbursed according to the conditions agreed with our partner "Chapka assurances". You can consult the guarantees here



Terms and conditions of cancellation insurance


If the customer has not taken out cancellation insurance, the full price of the stay will be invoiced if the cancellation is made less than 14 days before your arrival or if you do not show up on the day of your reservation.
If cancellation is made more than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is retained by Atmo'Sphère.
The date of your reservation cannot be changed during the 14 days prior to your arrival.
Under no circumstances can you cancel or postpone your booking in the event of rainy weather, without forfeiting your deposit.


No reason for complaint will be taken into account.


b. Modification or cancellation of stay by the establishment BEFORE your arrival or on site by ATMO'SPHERE :

In the event of an orange weather warning, with external events beyond our control, such as bad weather, storms or thunderstorms, the management reserves the right to cancel your stay for safety reasons,
In the event of force majeure: damaged accommodation or equipment, or any other event that will prevent you from enjoying your stay 100%
In this case, we will offer to reschedule your accommodation stay to a later date within 12 months.
If you are not satisfied with this offer, you will be refunded the full amount paid; no other compensation may be claimed.

If your reservation follows a gift voucher, the general sales conditions for gift vouchers apply (4): gift vouchers are non-refundable.


No grounds for complaint will be considered

c. Modification or cancellation of stay by you ON SITE :

In the event of refusal of access to your accommodation, no compensation may be claimed, and no grounds for complaint will be taken into account

4- Purchase and booking with a gift voucher:

a. Validity of gift vouchers:

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

of purchase. They can be used any day the establishment is open for romantic stays.

Reservations cannot be guaranteed beyond the validity date.

Gift vouchers are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

If the price has changed since the gift voucher was purchased, you will be asked to pay the difference.

Prior reservation is mandatory.


b. Cancellation before your stay by gift voucher :

No refund can be requested

No reason for complaint will be accepted

c. Modification before your stay :

The same conditions apply as for a classic reservation, while respecting the validity date of your gift voucher (see 3).

d. Modification or cancellation of your stay by the establishment BEFORE your arrival or on site:

The same conditions apply as for a classic reservation, while respecting the validity date of your gift voucher (see 3).

e. Modification or cancellation of stay by you ON SITE

The same conditions apply as for a classic booking, while respecting the validity date of your gift voucher (see 3).


5-Capacity :

The number of people per accommodation mentioned in our rates corresponds to the

maximum occupancy, taking into account the equipment available. It may not be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.



6-Rates :

The basic price includes :

-One night for 2 people
-Breakfast
-Bed linen and towels
-Access to private bath
-Firewood if reasonable use is made of it, otherwise a supplement will be charged
-Water and electricity consumption
-VAT in accordance with current legislation


7-Children :

Our accommodations are not designed to receive children.

8-Special conditions :

Bad weather :

Under no circumstances is bad weather a reason for cancellation, postponement or refund

No reason for complaint will be taken into account


9-Breakfast and meals:

Your breakfast awaits you in your bubble on arrival. You're free to enjoy it whenever you like.

It is possible to offer you a vegetarian menu if the request is made at least 3 days before your arrival and with a supplement of 10€.



10- Pets :

Pets are not allowed on the estate.



11-Valuables:

We recommend that you do not leave valuables in the accommodation. The management cannot be held responsible for theft or loss in the accommodation.



12-Complaints:

All complaints relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 30 days of the stay to the following address:

13-Alcohol and cigarettes and others:

It is strictly forbidden to be under the influence of alcohol in the accommodation or on the access roads.

It is forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation.

#We would like to draw your attention to the need to be extremely vigilant in this unspoilt environment, and to ensure that your cigarettes and matches are completely extinguished

DO NOT THROW CIGARETTE BUTTS INTO NATURE



14-Disputes :

In the event of a dispute, either the jurisdiction of your place of residence at the time of signing the contract, or the jurisdiction of the Court of Montauban is recognized.



Any order placed by the customer implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.
Our prices are in euros, including VAT and tourist tax.
